1️⃣ Replacements for Malfunctioning Products
Replacements will be issued for products with operational malfunctions that cannot be resolved through replacement parts or technical advice.
2️⃣ Order Cancellations
- If you cancel your order before it ships, a 3% fee will apply to cover transaction charges.
3️⃣ Defective Products After Shipment
- If a shipped product arrives defective and cannot be fixed by replacing key components (e.g., frame, motor), we will issue a replacement.
- A prepaid shipping label will be provided to return the defective item to us.
4️⃣ No Returns for Opened or Used Products
- Products that can be repaired with replacement parts cannot be returned if opened or used.
5️⃣ Returns for Working Products
- If the product is in working condition but you still wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of receiving it.
- A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and ensuring courier insurance for return shipments. Any damage incurred during the return process is the customer’s responsibility.

- All merchandise
- Batteries
- Special orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Gifted orders
