Return and Replacement Policy

1️⃣ Replacements for Malfunctioning Products
Replacements will be issued for products with operational malfunctions that cannot be resolved through replacement parts or technical advice.

2️⃣ Order Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order before it ships, a 3% fee will apply to cover transaction charges.


3️⃣ Defective Products After Shipment

  • If a shipped product arrives defective and cannot be fixed by replacing key components (e.g., frame, motor), we will issue a replacement.
  • A prepaid shipping label will be provided to return the defective item to us.


4️⃣ No Returns for Opened or Used Products

  • Products that can be repaired with replacement parts cannot be returned if opened or used.


5️⃣ Returns for Working Products

  • If the product is in working condition but you still wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of receiving it.
  • A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and ensuring courier insurance for return shipments. Any damage incurred during the return process is the customer’s responsibility.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • All merchandise
  • Batteries
  • Special orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Gifted orders
