5️⃣ Shipping Policy

  • Delivery usually takes 7 working days for in-stock items.
  • In rare cases, it may take up to 10 working days. We will notify you if delivery delays occur.


6️⃣ Delivery Policy 🚴

  • Non-Refundable Delivery Fee :All delivery fees are non-refundable once the e-bike has been successfully delivered to the specified address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery Service Terms :Our delivery service includes ensuring the e-bike is in excellent condition upon arrival and providing any necessary guidance for setup and usage. After the e-bike is delivered and the service is completed, the delivery service fee is non-refundable.
  • Order Cancellation :If you wish to cancel your order or delivery, please notify us before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after the e-bike has been dispatched will still incur the full delivery fee.
  • Disputes or Issues :If there are any concerns about the condition of the e-bike at the time of delivery, please report them to us immediately. We strive to resolve any issues promptly, but delivery fees will remain non-refundable.


7️⃣ Return & Replacement Policy

  • Replacements: Available if the product is defective and cannot be repaired with replacement parts. A prepaid return label will be issued for defective items.
  • Cancellations: A 3% fee applies for cancellations before shipment.
  • No Returns for Opened/Used Items: Items that can be fixed with replacement parts cannot be returned.
  • Returns for Working Items: You may return unused items in working condition within 7 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs. It is your responsibility to securely package and insure the return.
