Ryvo e-bikes Warranty Policy

At Ryvo e-bikes, we provide a 6-month limited warranty on most electric scooters and e-bikes, covering only the motor and battery.
Please review the details below to understand the coverage and exclusions.

⚠️ Warranty Coverage
Our 6-month warranty covers:
 Motor – Manufacturing defects or operational failures.
 Battery – Defects in materials or workmanship affecting performance.

🚫 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Other components such as brakes, tires, controllers, wiring, lights, display screens, and accessories.
  • Misuse or improper use – including commercial/rental use, extreme riding, or dangerous activities.
  • Unauthorized modifications – including disassembly, incorrect installation, or repairs not performed by Ryvo e-bikes.
  • Accidents – including crashes, traffic accidents, or external impacts.
  • Extreme conditions – exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, electrical surges, lightning, fire, or natural disasters.
  • Rust damage – improper use leading to rust and corrosion.
  • Normal wear and tear – including consumable parts like tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chains, and spokes.
  • Failure to follow maintenance instructions – including improper assembly, incorrect installation of accessories, operator errors, water damage, or stunt riding.

Ryvo e-bikes reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies for warranty coverage.

🛠 How to Request Warranty Service
If you experience an issue with your motor or battery during the warranty period, contact us at ryvoebikes@gmail.com with:

  • Order Number/ID
  • Email and shipping address used for the purchase
  • Pictures or short videos of the issue along with a brief description


🔧 Repairs & Replacement

  • Ryvo e-bikes may provide replacement parts for the motor or battery.
  • In some cases, we may ask you to replace certain parts yourself (DIY service).
  • Defective parts do not need to be returned, unless specifically requested.


🛒 Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your warranty has expired or an issue is not covered, you can purchase replacement parts from us at competitive prices.

🚚 Shipping Damage Policy
Shipping damage is not covered under the standard warranty. However, Ryvo e-bikes will replace damaged components if you:

  1. Report the damage within 15 days of receiving your bike.
  2. Provide dated photos of the damaged parts.
  3. Note any visible shipping damage on the Bill of Lading before signing for the shipment.

Important: If you use an independent shipping method (such as a freight forwarder), Ryvo e-bikes will not cover any shipping-related damages.
