• Ryvo e-Bikes is committed to providing an excellent online shopping experience. This policy details the shipping process for e-bikes and tech accessories.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• A confirmation email with tracking information is sent once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Shipping Rates

• Rates are based on order weight and chosen delivery method, displayed at checkout before purchase.

Shipping Within the United States Only

• We ship to U.S. addresses only.
• No international shipping.

Order Tracking

• An email with tracking information is sent once your order ships. Track your order on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Delayed or Lost Orders

• If your order is delayed or lost, contact ryvoebikes@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
• Ryvo e-Bikes is not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping Restrictions

• No shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Some items, like e-bikes, may have additional shipping restrictions due to size and weight, indicated on the product page.

At Ryvo e-Bikes, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our return and replacement policy below for detailed guidance:

🛠️ Replacements

• Replacements are provided if the delivered product has a malfunction that cannot be resolved through replacement parts or troubleshooting assistance.
• If your item arrives defective and cannot be repaired (e.g., issues with the frame or motor), we will provide a replacement. A prepaid shipping label will be issued for returning the defective item to us.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

• Batteries
• Special orders
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Gifted orders

🚫 No Returns for Used Items

• Opened or used bikes are not eligible for returns if the issue can be resolved with replacement parts.

📅 Returns for Working Items

• If the item is fully operational and you still wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply.
• Please note that it is your responsibility to package the goods securely and arrange return shipping. We recommend purchasing insurance, as any damage during the return transit will be your responsibility.

Orders canceled before shipment will incur a 3% fee to cover transaction charges.
