Delayed or Lost Orders

- Replacements are provided if the delivered product has a malfunction that cannot be resolved through replacement parts or troubleshooting assistance.
- If your item arrives defective and cannot be repaired (e.g., issues with the frame or motor), we will provide a replacement. A prepaid shipping label will be issued for returning the defective item to us.
ā Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:
- Batteries
- Special orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Gifted orders
š« No Returns for Used Items
- Opened or used bikes areĀ not eligible for returnsĀ if the issue can be resolved with replacement parts.
š Returns for Working Items
- If the item is fully operational and you still wish to return it, you may do so withinĀ 7 days. AĀ 25% restocking feeĀ and return shipping costs will apply.
- Please note that it is your responsibility to package the goods securely and arrange return shipping. We recommend purchasing insurance, as any damage during the return transit will be your responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
